Rush Hour MVA on I-684

Members of the Bedford Hills FD were dispatched @ 16:20 hours on Friday November 28,2014 to I-684 SB for a reported motor vehicle accident with car smoking. Upon arrival, Car 2032 determined there to be no fire and no injuries from the accident, however a 6-wheeled box truck struck a guardrail and was completely blocking two southbound lanes of I-684. The highway was shut down as members assisted with clean up. The scene was then turned over to NYSDOT and State Police.
