Community Events on a Beautiful Saturday!

On Saturday June 15th, BHFD participated in two community events. First, Tower Ladder 57 was on display at the Annual Touch-A-Truck Event at the Bedford Presbyterian Church. Children of all ages (Parents too), were able to get a first hand look at Emergency Services Vehicle, Heavy Equipment and Military Vehicles.
Later in the afternoon, we welcomed BluePath service dogs to Fire Headquarters.
BluePath provides autism service dogs, offering safety, companionship and opportunities for independence. Today's visit was part of the training program for the new service dogs, allowing them to become acclimated with a new environment.
