A pair of fires started off the month of March for Bedford Hills Volunteers.
On Friday March 1st at 18:00 - BHFD was dispatched to Glen Arbor Golf Club for a commercial fire alarm. At 16:50hrs on Wednesday afternoon, BHFD F.A.S.Team was dispatched to the Somers Fire District for a working structure fire.
Car 2441 arrived with smoke and fire showing from a 2 1/2-story residential structure and transmitted the 10-75 (working fire).

On September 24, 1995 - the Bedford Hills Fire Department hosted a large scale Mutual Aid Structure Fire / MCI Drill at the Bedford Hills Elementary School. The local boy scout troop and local residents were utilized as role players as students and facility.

On Thursday, February 8th, Bedford Hills Fire was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident with injuries on Interstate 684, about 1 mile north of Exit 4. While responding 60 Control updated units, that the State Police was on the scene reporting the driver trapped in a tractor-trailer approximately 12 feet off of the ground.
