| With the help of Flatbed Towing of Bedford Hills and Chappaqua Transportation the Bedford Hills Fire Department was able to conduct a bus extrication to further their knowledge of bus accidents and how to remove patients from a damaged bus. The Department received the bus in early August and started to put the training schedule together. Over a couple of Monday night trainings BHFD members went over patient care/removal, stabilization, air bags and extrication. Bedford Hills Fire Department would like to once again thank Flatbed Towing of Bedford Hills and Chappaqua Transportation, without their help would not have had the great opportunity to train. |
