On Friday July 8th 2016, the members of the Bedford Hills Fire Department hit the streets for the Annual Mount Kisco Fireman's Parade. The Parade was less then 24 hours after the horrific incident in Dallas, Texas where five members of the Dallas Law Enforcement Community were murdered in cold blood by a sniper.

Members of our Department, doned our morning badges and outfitted our apparatus with the Thin Blue Line to show our support and solidarity with the Law Enforcement Community. The Lone Star State Flag was also flown off the bucket of Tower Ladder 57.

At the end of the Evening, we came home to Bedford Hills with five awards: Best Appearing Engine, Best Aerial Platform, Best Rescue, Best Antique and Second Best Regulation Uniform.

Units: Car 2031, Engine 196, Engine 198, Tower Ladder 57 and Rescue 10
