The Bedford Hills Fire Department has recently taken delivery of the new Car 2033, a 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe - Special Service Vehicle. The conversion was completed by Hudson Valley Fire Equipment.

The Whelen Carbide siren, Kenwood and Motorola mobile radios are housed in a Havis-Shields console. Console accessories include: side mounted armrests, cupholders and a 3" storage compartment. The Knox Box, vehicle charger for portable radio and a Streamlight Stinger flashlight are mounted on the rear of the console.

A rear custom command console was re-purposed from the previous Car 2033. This console provides storage for the command board, SCBA, gear and other related firefighting equipment. There is also a shelf for the emergency radio equipment which are mounted on swivels.
