Shortly before 8:00pm on Sunday March 5th, Tower Ladder 57 was dispatched to the Banksville Fire District for a Working Structure. Tower Ladder 57 responded as the First Due Truck Company, and assumed that roll upon arrival. The crew of the Tower Ladder worked in conjunction with Engine 158 to make the push on the fire floor. Tanker 5 was requested just prior to the transmission of the 2nd Alarm , the crew went to work and assisted TL-57's crew.

Once the main body of fire was knocked down, Tower Ladder 57 was repositioned to be able to reach hot spots along the roof line that interior crews were unable to access. Utility 6 was also requested with the 5 inch hose roller to assist in repacking the supply line that was laid out to the dry hydrant. BHFD remained on scene operating until approximately 23:00, until released by the Incident Commander Car 2582 (Asst. Chief Farquhar).
