Shortly before 19:30 hours BHFD/KBHVAC and WEMS were dispatched to the area of Croton Lake Road and Meeting House Road for a reported motor vehicle accident with vehicle fire. Car 2034 marked up in the area with nothing evident. Continuing on into the Mount Kisco Fire District, the accident was located just over the Bedford Hills/Mount Kisco District Border at the intersection of Croton Lake Road and Lake Road. An assignment from Mount Kisco Fire Department was dispatched immediately.

Engine 199 arrived on scene and stretched (1) 1 3/4" handline and quickly knocked down the main body of fire, as well as the brush fire that had started adjacent to the vehicle. Engine 104 arrived and supplied Engine 199 with a 3" supply line. Tanker 5, Rescue 15 were also on scene, assisting with traffic control.

The Driver of the vehicle was treated on scene by KBHVAC and transported to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
