First Due Truck Co. to Mount Kisco Chimney Fire

Shortly before 9:00pm on Wednesday November 10th - Tower Ladder 57 was dispatched as the First Due Truck Company to the Mount Kisco Fire District for a reported chimney fire. MKFD TL14 is Out of Service while they await the delivery of their 2021 Seagrave/Aerialscope Tower Ladder (very similar to TL-57).

Upon arrival TL-57 took position to gain access to the chimney of the American Legion; where Command reported active fire. In conjunction with interior crews the fire in the chimney was extinguished with no damage or extension to the structure.

Tower Ladder 57 operated for approximately 45 minutes before being released by Mount Kisco Command.
