In the past four days BHFD Volunteers have been requested to the Croton Falls Fire District twice for assistance at the scene of fires. First, on Tuesday March 22 - Car 2033, Tanker 5 and Utility 6 responded to a residence on Mills Road for a large wind driver brush fire that threatened several outbuildings and private residences. The crews of Tanker 5 and Utility 6 assisted with fire suppression, containment of a fire line and overhaul.

Upon the arrival of Rescue 10, members preformed a scene size up and stood fast in the driveway adjacent to the Command Post while members operated on the interior and roof of the Fire Building.

The week closed out with a First Due Structure Fire, Motor Vehicle Accident with Reported Entrapment, Elevator Emergency and four mutual aid requests (2- Croton Falls, 1-Somers, 1- Yorktown Heights).
