Monday October 5 kicked off the 2009 Fire Prevention week for Bedford Hills Fire Department. During the week BHFD member visited three elementary schools and multiple day care centers in the district. During these visits members went over fire safety tips such as proper use of 911, Stop Drop and Roll and EDITH drills (Exit Drills In The House). And as always the younger students were able to wash a few passing cars.
