With that update Chief McHugh requested and Engine and Ladder from BHFD to the scene. Members from BHFD had just returned from a motor vehicle accident and were responding as the tones were dropping. While the Katonah crew entered the structure to extinguish the fire, Engine 199's crew split up and preformed a primary search and opened up for E- 115. Tower Ladder 57's crew threw ladders on the exterior of the building and vented the front portion of the roof. with the fire knocked down, primary and secondary searches completed Bedford Hills Fire Department was released from the scene by command.
