In 2016, the Bedford Hills Fire Department answered a total of 432 alarms. The Men and Women of the Bedford Hills Fire Department continue to answer alarms at all hours of the day, and in various conditions.

The Top 15 Responders for 2016 are:

1) Ex Chief/Chief Driver: David Liburdi - 302 Alarms

2) Ex Chief/Chief Driver: William Nickson - 265 Alarms

3) Captain: Zach Patierno - 230 Alarms

4) Firefighter: Ira Katz - 223 Alarms

5) Firefighter: Jared Hirschberg - 206 Alarms

6) Lieutenant: Douglas Palmesi - 204 Alarms

7) Firefighter: Robert Dennett Sr. - 200 Alarms

8) Captain: Jonathan Spano - 196 Alarms

9) Lieutenant: Christopher Brooke - 189 Alarms

10) Firefighter: Robert Bancroft - 182 Alarms

11) Firefighter: Salvatore Curra - 166 Alarms

12) Ex Chief/Chief Driver: Joseph Liburdi - 153 Alarms

13) Firefighter: Robert Patierno Sr. - 146 Alarms
