Last night we had the pleasure of hosting Chiefs Brian Soller and Tom Andryshak who delivered their “Setting Our Volunteers Up for Success” seminar.
40 Members of the Department came out to discuss recruitment, retention, mentorship and professionalism in the volunteer fire service. We at BHFD are always looking at ways to help keep our ranks full of dedicated volunteers to serve and protect the citizens of the Bedford Hills Fire District.
